Keynote Speakers

Mr. Aric Bostick

Youth Education Expert
Aric began his quest by going to college and becoming a teacher at San Antonio’s Judson High School. He recognized that his students were looking for someone to help guide them and inspire them, just as he had when he was a teen. It became Aric’s mission to help his students overcome their own personal stories—the stories that were holding each of them back. Aric started by launching an afterschool program called the Goal Setters Club. He quickly saw how powerful this experience was and what a difference it made in students’ lives, thus, he knew he needed to reach as many students as possible. Aric’s career as a motivational speaker was born.

Dr. Jermaine Davis
International Speaker and Author
Before receiving the prestigious College Instructor of the Year Award, Dr. Jermaine worked in corporate America for IBM, Keebler Cookies, and Frito-Lay in the areas of sales and marketing, leadership development, and employee engagement. Now, he is an award-winning Professor of Communication Studies at Century College, best-selling author, and an international speaker. Dr. Jermaine has authored and co-authored 10 books including, Get Up Off Your Butt & Do It NOWLeading with Greatness,  the Women’s Quote Journal Series, and Be Diversity Competent.
Dr. Jermaine was raised in a drug- and gang- infested area on the west-side of Chicago in a single-parent home.  After the tragic loss of six family members to violent deaths, he enrolled in college to change the direction of his life. Now, Dr. Jermaine holds a BA and a MA in Speech Communications, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Jermaine has spent the last 20-years teaching on university campuses in the areas of business and interpersonal communications, relationship-based leadership, cultivating inclusive work cultures, and building healthy and high performance-based teams.
